Today we had the opportunity to visit Peking University. We had a discussion with a professor in the International Relations program which I absolutely loved! As Politics is my major, I found myself to be deeply involved in the discussion as we chatted about US-China relations and the differences between our cultures and government. I got the opportunity to ask questions about China and specifically about trade and development.
Afterwards, we had the opportunity to tour the University and to take in all of its beauty. Peking University is the “Harvard of China” and it was so nice to be able to experience it. I thought that the campus was beautiful! Maybe I can possibly pursue a graduate degree there!
